Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from last contact. Participant enrolment records are retained for up to 3 years for administrative and feedback purposes, then securely deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:
- Payment processing providers, who handle transactions under their own data protection terms
- Service providers who support website hosting and email delivery, bound by confidentiality obligations
- Government or regulatory bodies where disclosure is required by law
